Delivery Times:

When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24/48 hours by our teams.

It is important to note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses to the carrier, and not the actual delivery, which can take between 7 to 14 business days.

If you are not in Europe, please allow for a few additional days before receiving your item.

Even though 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take up to 3 to 5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages due to the popularity of some of our products, weather conditions, etc.).

Important Details:

When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. Additionally, to avoid high shipping costs due to excessive weight, different items from the same order may be sent separately. It is entirely normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.
