Delivery delay :
When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24/48 hours by our teams.
It is important to note that shipping concerns the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their handing over to the carrier, not delivery which can take between 7 to 14 business days.
If you are not in Europe, please allow a few extra days before you receive your item.
Even if 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 2 to 3 weeks in the event of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (given the popularity of some of our products), weather situation... )
If the delay seems long to you, don't worry, you can follow the progress of your order on the page TRACKING CONTROL.
Important details:
When you place an order including different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. In addition, and to avoid high delivery costs due to excessive delivery weight, the different items in the same order can be sent separately.It is therefore completely normal that you may receive your items individually and at different times.
